We do not claim ownership of your photographs. You retain any rights you hold in the content you upload. By uploading a photograph, you represent that:

Photographs uploaded for an order that is not completed may be scheduled for deletion after approximately 24 hours. Photographs associated with completed purchases may be retained for the period reasonably necessary to manufacture and fulfill the order, provide customer service, address reprints or disputes, maintain appropriate business records, and comply with legal obligations.

You may request deletion of photographs associated with your order by contacting us at hello@magneticsquares.com. Certain information may need to be retained when required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or recordkeeping purposes.
